John and Kathy are local residents of the Columbia area and acquired the original Second Edition Book store April 1st of 2005. It had been in the same Columbia location for over 16 years until we recently moved 5 store-fronts down in the same shopping center.

We have expanded to another location by opening our Olney store in September of 2006. The Olney store is located in the Olney Town Center along with the Olney movie theatres.

In addition to our expansion, we have added Music and DVDs to our inventory at both stores. We are always looking for exciting books, records, CDs and DVDs to provide the best selection to our dedicated customers. We are available anytime during store hours to either trade-in for store credit or pay cash for your treasures.
